Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

This policy applies to UPHORIA orders and does not affect your statutory rights.

Made-to-Order Items

Most UPHORIA items are made to order. Made-to-order items are created specifically for your order and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

This does not apply if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Blank / Non-Custom Items

Blank items that are not made to order, customised, printed, embroidered, or personalised may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

Approved goodwill returns are eligible for:

  • Size exchange, subject to availability; or
  • Store credit.

Store credit does not expire.

Where you are legally entitled to a refund, we will refund the original payment method unless you choose store credit.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Free from stains, odours, damage, pet hair, make-up, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and any free gifts.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you at your cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging for non-faulty returns, exchanges, and store credit requests.

We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email info@uphoriaclo.com with your order number and photos.

Where required by law, we will offer the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return postage.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless you are legally entitled to a refund.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for goodwill returns, exchanges, or store credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

For eligible non-custom online purchases, UK and EU customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the item within a further 14 days.

Where a statutory refund is required, we will refund the original payment method unless you choose store credit. Standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law.

We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if it is returned used, worn, damaged, or incomplete.

How to Request a Return

Email info@uphoriaclo.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The item you wish to return.
  • The reason for return.
  • Whether you want a size exchange, store credit, or to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
