We want you to love your Uphoria piece as much as we loved designing it. But if something’s off — whether it’s the fit, the feel, or you just changed your mind — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Order Processing & Shipping

Each item is made and packed with care. Orders are typically processed within up to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Estimated delivery times (subject to delays beyond our control):

- London: 5–7 working days

- Rest of Europe: 7–12 working days

- International: 8–15 working days

 

Please note: weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. During collection drops, processing and shipping may take slightly longer due to high demand — we appreciate your patience.
